As a Principal System Engineer of the Supply Chain Planning team, the resource will be responsible for end-to-end delivery for Planning solutions across the various businesses. The resource will be part of the Supply Planning and Demand Forecasting Solutions team. This team is responsible for implementing and managing the Forecasting and Supply Planning solutions for all lines of business within AT&T (Mobility, Broadband, Video, Wireless (5G) and Wireline Network). The resource is expected to lead blueprinting sessions with the business and establish building blocks and ensure capturing well defined user stories. The resource is expected to work with the scrum teams and collaborate across multiple scrums and deliver the solution.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Delivery of Supply and Demand Planning Solutions of Blue Yonder suites of modules and/or o9 applications suite.
Responsible for end-to-end Architecture of the Planning Application.
Hands-on techno-functional role. Create functional designs and evaluate/oversee application architecture.
Use application functionality to delivery business value and provide alternatives for application limitations
Apply AI/ML models/methodologies in the solution.
Build integrations with the relevant products to support the planning implementation.
Create and update application roadmaps.
Serve in a business facing role, advising internal business clients on opportunities for delivering values.
Onboard and mentor junior resources (FTEs and NPWs)
Experience & Qualifications:
10+ years of consulting expertise in planning applications such as BY, o9, Oracle, SAP, and similar platforms.
Proven experience in implementing AI/ML solutions specifically for forecasting and planning use cases.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
Skilled in PL/SQL for examining and understanding source code.
Strong background in data analytics and data visualization techniques.
Comprehensive functional knowledge of supply chain management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
Our Principal System Engineering, earns between $141,300.00-$211,900.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
