Job Description:
AT&T’s Chief Data Office (CDO) is harnessing data and making AT&T’s data assets and ground-breaking AI functionality accessible to employees across the firm. CDO also maintains academic and tech partnerships to cultivate the next generation of experts in statistics and machine learning, statistical computing, data visualization, text mining, time series modelling, data stream and database management, data quality and anomaly detection, data privacy, and more.
Responsible for the fundamental technology work of architecting/designing/building the core frameworks for our cloud-based system platforms and end to end solutions, including building cloud platform and performance components.
Strong knowledge on cloud platforms: Azure, AWS(Good to have)
Strong Experience in Unix/Linux system, files systems and an added advantage to have shell scripting.
Working experience in deploying resources through IaaC such as Terraform, Operational Tool : Ansible, Azure DevOps.
Proven work experience as a Cloud Administrator and Solutioning,
Full life-cycle experience on strategizing Data Centre and Huge Data migration to Cloud.
Experience working in a Data Platform environment. Managing resources within a Data warehouse or a Datamart.
Collaborate with critical stakeholders to understand business needs, priority, and the quality of services to be created or enhanced.
Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, tools, and platforms
Must understand systems engineering principles derived from experience.
worked in Data Engineering and Devops projects
Good to have Gen AI knowledge
Proficient in Pyspark and SQ and ETL
•Expertise working in MongoDb, Snowflake, Databricks and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure), or equivalent on-premise platform and deployment
