Job Description:
Responsible for developing, planning, and directing all aspects of international service assurance work centers. Establishes, implements, and maintains service assurance work center standards to ensure the proper care of the organization's client base. Monitors program effectiveness and develops processes to increase its effectiveness.
Provides engineering support to customers, customer support personnel and field support staff on systems and product issues. Works with customer and company personnel to define technical problem, determine the solution and assist customer in implementing the technical solution. Provides technical feedback to engineering concerning product changes and enhancements.
Preferable candidate with great English spoken/written communication with CCNA/relevant inter-networking skills.
Overall Purpose: To monitor and analyze system operations, take or coordinate corrective actions, and establish, implement, and maintain service assurance standards to optimize system performance and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems efficiently.
• System and Code Management: Ensure secure, accurate migration and management of production code assets.
• Documentation and Standards: Document problems, enforce standards, and consult on compliance with development teams.
• Process Improvement: Analyze performance and implement processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• User and Team Support: Provide technical support, training, and communication to users and IT staff.
