Job Description:
Join the Technology Services International (TSI) team who is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating all internal IT infrastructure internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mobile device operations and support across the international footprint.
- Guide employees in resolving common device issues and improving their usage experience.
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune and other MDM solutions for iOS and Android devices.
- Configure device profiles, ensure secure device usage, and manage application deployment within the MDM environment.
- Provide technical support for device configuration, troubleshooting, app management, and connectivity.
- Handle escalations and vendor collaborations for advanced troubleshooting.
- Act as the primary contact for mobile carriers to resolve billing, service, and device issues.
- Manage mobile service orders, monitor usage, and coordinate device replacements.
- Negotiate competitive pricing with carriers and maintain service records.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize MDM infrastructure for security and user experience.
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of mobile devices and related systems.
- Conduct training sessions on device management and usage.
- Collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration of mobile devices with enterprise systems.
- Provide expertise on new challenges and business requirements.
- Produce reports on device performance and compliance.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
- Serve as the liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes.
- Track project expenditures and ensure budget adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement in mobile device management and project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with MDM solutions (planning, configuration, maintenance).
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android platforms and security.
- Proven troubleshooting skills and experience working with mobile carriers.
- Experience with TANGOE/TRAQ is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical and innovative mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and large MDM environments.
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools and VPN configurations.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Independent, self-driven, and methodical approach.
- Degree in IT or relevant discipline preferred.
- Zeal for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Language Skills:
- Proficient in written and spoken English. Additional languages are desirable for interacting with international associates.
This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic planning, and exceptional communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives.

- Job can be carried out remotely, but still within the reach of the local office
Compensation: In Slovakia, salary starting at 1,800 EUR/gross.The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.
