As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned technical projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to complete projects that involve new and/or enhanced technology, are highly complex and require tight coordination and integration with multiple organizations and suppliers. You’ll also work on long-term strategic projects and programs from original concept through final implementation, defining overall direction, scope and technical or analytical guidance.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Leads the definition of project scope and objectives.
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
Anticipates bottlenecks and risks, lead escalation management, manage dependencies and tradeoffs.
Required Qualifications:
8-10 years of Technical Program / Project Management experience.
Proven technical background and experience leading delivery teams in a matrixed environment.
An effective communicator that provides mentorship & guidance and can explain advanced concepts.
An active listener that promotes open communication while coordinating projects across multiple departments.
Expert knowledge in the product development life cycle, including processes and tools that support agile methodologies.
Expertise in creating organization out of chaos with a detail oriented, mindset.
Expertise in working with global and remote teams & partners, understanding multi-cultural nuances.
Expert knowledge of managing the balance of people, process, and tools to drive delivery of the program.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Math or Engineering or Science
Project and/or program management certifications (e.g., PMP)

Location:
This is a hybrid-flex worker position where our preference is for you to be present with your team in the office at least 1-3 times per week.
Working hours:
EMEA, approx. 9am-5,30pm (with some flexibility)
Compensation:
Salary for Czech Republic starting from 121 000 CZK gross monthly.
Salary for Poland starting from 19 600 PLN gross monthly.
The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
