Overall Purpose:
Design, develop/code, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality GIS software solutions, ensuring efficient delivery processes and production support with a focus on automation and industry best practices.

We are looking for an experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Candidate will lead significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Has experience with mentoring less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.
The right candidate designs and codes complex applications and is an SME for specific programming languages, applications, or modules of large complex applications. Has a wide technology knowledge and tools, as well as methodology. Fosters agile and growth mindset and creates innovation and impact.
