•Provide expert leadership to develop and implement personalization strategies for AT&T's omnichannel ecosystem. Collaborating closely with Product and Technology teams, this role focuses on identifying and executing opportunities within digital and marketing channels. The goal is to enhance revenue, boost customer loyalty, and grow market share through data-driven, personalized
experiences.
• This position demands a proactive, technically skilled professional who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, personalization technologies, and a proven track record of driving successful personalization initiatives.
Position Responsibilities
• Identifying Use Cases: Thoroughly analyze customer data and market trends to identify high impact use cases for personalization across various digital and marketing touchpoints. Develop comprehensive business cases for each opportunity, outlining potential benefits and implementation strategies.
• Driving Capabilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of personalization capabilities, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the existing technology stack. Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to tailor experiences that meet individual customer needs and preferences.
• Monitoring and Evaluating Solutions: Continuously monitor the performance of personalization solutions to ensure they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as increased revenue, customer engagement, and market share growth. Conduct regular evaluations and use data-driven insights to refine and optimize personalization strategies, ensuring ongoing effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital, Marketing, and Technology to enhance the customer journey. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of personalization initiatives. Participate in strategic planning sessions to align personalization strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing or e-commerce solutions, with a proven track record of leading personalization strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with personalization platforms and technologies.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Familiarity with emerging digital trends and technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, AR/VR).
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with business goals.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
