About The Position

On the Consumer Operations Finance team supporting Customer Care Centers across both Mobility and Consumer Wireline, the Lead Financial Analyst will partner with the operations team to analyze key trends in performance, report monthly financial results & key drivers, build financial budgets & outlooks, and provide recommendations/decision support for labor strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost structure.

Job Responsibilities

• Performs data modeling and financial analysis to develop recommendations to achieve financial objectives.

• Develop and maintain assumption methodologies to enhance the accuracy and reliability of financial forecasts.

• Evaluates historical financial performance to establish attainable plans and assists in budget administration.

• Collaborates with operational partners to determine the financial consequences of alternative methods, plans, and strategies.

• Evaluates various tactics and determines financial impacts.

• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

• Ensures that operation partners needs are met and projects are completed on time.

• May assist to prepare, review, or provide input to project business cases.

• Create and maintain queries to extract data from various sources for analysis and reporting needs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred (Finance a plus)

Experience

Typically requires 3-5 years’ experience

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Analysis, Modeling, and Forecasting

• Must be familiar with Excel and PowerPoint

• Communication and Project Management skills

Location: Dallas, Texas

Relocation assistance is not available.

Ready to work 3-5 days in the office per week.

Our Lead Financial Analysis, earn between $118,800 - $178,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
