Overall Purpose:
The Lead Financial Analyst is responsible for conducting and documenting complex financial analysis projects, addressing diverse issues including the analysis of financial reports, trends, and opportunities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and make recommendations on business opportunities, investments, financial regulations, and similar financial projects or programs.
- Gather, interpret, and evaluate financial information.
- Analyze and interpret financial and other data to develop recommendations that achieve the organization’s financial objectives.
- Determine the financial consequences of alternative methods, plans, and strategies.
- Evaluate financial performance, including cost or budget administration.
- Perform complex data modeling and financial analysis.
Job Contribution:
- Utilize professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues effectively.
- Address complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Experience with financial planning, reporting, analysis, and budget management.
- Strong interpersonal skills for supporting partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (five or more years).
- Ability to work independently to meet objectives.
- Knowledge of AT&T’s financial systems (preferred).

Work Schedule: This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered”
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
- Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.
Compensation:
Our Lead Financial Analysts earn between $118,800.00 and $178,200.00 annually. The starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
