Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Lead System Engineering

REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker*

*Office Worker: In office position with work from home allowed, i.e. flex or hybrid worker

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St. Dallas, TX 75202 (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home)

DUTIES: Oversee Salesforce CRM UI, backend web-services Functional, Integration, end-to-end testing, and Support UAT within the Agile team. Enable production support and automation of features that are suitable for test automation with Selenium and Postman. Test user Stories developed by the development team in an optimal Agile development environment. Govern and

direct testing best practices, test methodologies, and test delivery for Salesforce systems. Identify, document, and create functionality that aligns with product and capability definitions laid out by product managers. Develop and design a testing program strategy for salesforce systems. Plan, conduct, and monitor tests. Develop integration testing strategies to test the data flow between Salesforce and different ERP Systems. Assist the QA team with quality and availability of the Salesforce test environment. Develop effective test strategies to ensure features and stories are met with acceptance criteria. Enhance QA methodology for tests, defect management, and tool supporting processes. Develop and monitor corrective measures. Develop strategies to improve the salesforce production process. Build vendor relationships to deliver salesforce services. Support Salesforce QA team in stakeholder meetings. Oversee the test execution process and project the status of Salesforce products under development. Lead defect triage meetings, escalate, and resolve defects to closure within timelines. Maintain JIRA for defect-management activities. Track customer-facing issues in an Agile tracking tool. Escalate unresolved issues to respective teams and bring them to closure. Use various programming languages to execute specific development methodology. Conduct Salesforce testing, test estimation, test planning, and test automation. Work with software programming languages: SOQL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, XML, and Oracle.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or years five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation enabling production support and automation of features that are suitable for test automation with Selenium and Postman; developing integration testing strategies to test the data flow between Salesforce and different ERP Systems; leading defect triage meetings, escalating, and resolving defects to closure within timelines; using various programming languages to execute specific development methodology; conducting Salesforce testing, test estimation, test planning, and test automation; and working with software programming languages: SOQL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, XML, and Oracle.

Our Lead System Engineering’s earn between $156,560 - $231,100 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
