Job Description:
Marketing Technology Integration Lead will play a critical role in guiding and managing future-focused marketing initiatives. This position emphasizes the implementation and management of advanced marketing technologies and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance. Technical Skills:
This individual has some history of various marketing technology platforms like Snowflake, Unica, Oracle Responses, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Workfront. They are proficient in managing data, ensuring its quality, and producing campaigns while analyzing data to improve marketing strategies. They excel in troubleshooting technical issues. Their experience includes functional knowledge of BIMI and RCS and optimizing SMS campaigns through testing and segmentation. They also understand AI and machine learning concepts and can apply these technologies to enhance marketing messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
•Continuously investigate and incorporate new marketing technologies to enhance processes with a future-forward mindset.
•Lead and influence colleagues to foster collaboration and ensure seamless interactions with stakeholders, even without direct authority.
•Utilize strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure smooth operations and alignment within the marketing team and with other departments.
•Use strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
•Analyze campaign data and apply insights to improve marketing strategies, ensuring optimal performance and results.
•Understand and apply AI and machine learning concepts to enhance marketing messaging and optimize SMS campaigns through testing and segmentation.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
•5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or related roles.
•Proficiency in marketing automation platforms.
•Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their application in marketing.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and guide a team effectively.

Our Marketing Technology Integration Lead earn between $143,800 - $215,800 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
