As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you’ll be trained to address a broad range of customer service call types – collections, retention, sales coordination, billing and adjustments and advanced technical support. You’ll use creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns while navigating between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. Your consultative approach will help you find the right solutions for customers, providing an outstanding customer experience while meeting and achieving sales goals that help you max out your bonus potential.

Every day will include a variety of interactions with customers in the U.S.  You’ll instill confidence and loyalty in your customers, providing effective service and improving retention through thoughtful listening and knowledge of AT&T’s products and services. We’ll provide the tools, resources and training you need to support customers in several key areas:  
·        Simplifying the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of AT&T’s products and services.
·        Engage Tier 3 support (network and IT), third party vendors and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults and provide customer resolution.
·        Support wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after hours inquiries and pre-paid service.
·        Use our training and your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, that span multiple networks and elements. We’ll help you keep up with changes to technology and applications, so you can provide the best resolution for the customer.
·        Get customers up and running with the latest products and services such as air cards, USB devices, as well as AT&T-provided software & applications.

What you´ll need:
In this full-time position (40 hours/week), you’ll work a set schedule including breaks, lunches and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer the customer’s call and provide exceptional service.
·        Who makes a great fit for the role? There are a few must-haves:
·        Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers.
·        Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must.
·        One year of customer sales experience.
·        Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week. Our center operates from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm CST, Monday to Saturday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays).
·        Ability to work 100% in the Center, not from home.

There's more than a paycheck in it for the right candidate. Our compensation package includes:
·        Monthly Base Salary: MXN $17,000 (before Taxes)
·        Average $7,000 MXN of monthly sales bonus *when you meet your sales and service targets.
·        Monthly Grocery vouchers MXN $1,519.98 every 14 days
·        Monthly Restaurant vouchers MXN $1,216.04 every 14 days

To qualify, you’ll need to have advanced English language fluency, being able to hold a business conversation with native English speakers. This position requires an English fluency assessment during the hiring process.

Once you’ve been selected, it is typically three to five weeks to be onboarded and start.

If hired, you’ll attend a fully paid, mandatory training class. Be prepared to attend 100% of your training at the office during your first three months though there may be situations that require training at home. For any training at your home, AT&T will provide the necessary equipment (computer and mobile phone) during your first few days of training, and you will need to provide a suitable workspace with stable internet connection and cell phone signal. All equipment must be back transported home in secure and private transportation of your choice. After finishing your training, your Business Unit will decide if you will work at home or at the office based on several factors that include operations needs, facility capacity, and overall performance.

This is not a Work from Home role but may require Work from Home based on business needs. We will advise you whether you will train or work from home, office, or a mixture of both. You will need to confirm you are flexible to train and work at home during the application and interview process. AT&T will provide the necessary equipment and you will need to provide a suitable workspace with stable internet connection and cell phone signal.

This position requires you to be available to work any shift during the call center operating hours, including weekends and holidays.

Schedules are based on performance, seniority, and the operating hours of your site. Starting out, you should expect most roles will require working later shifts, weekends, and holidays for the first several months.
