Job Description:
You will be part of the Business Management team aligned to Technology Services International (TSI). TSI has responsibility for the design, implementation, and operation of all internal IT infrastructure across International (i.e. outside the domestic US).
TSI services consist of the following:
- All typical office infrastructure – desktop PC, LAN, file & print, email, ADEX.
- Mobility services including, but not limited to, Android, iOS and other Smartphone services and MDM Solutions
- Infrastructure services such as servers (including virtualization), storage, backup, security, and disaster recovery.
- Internal business applications based on Sun, HP, Dell, and IBM platforms.
- Emerging technologies and services such as HVD, BYOD, Mobile computing
- Multiple interfaces to AT&T WAN technologies including most leading-edge WAN services.
You will be working as a pipeline manager leading the project process and ensuring quality services are successfully launched into the live environment through effective quality gates.
You will have a proven ability to lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion while aligning them with organizational objectives. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic planning, project management, and exceptional communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives.
Primarily, you will be responsible for the following:
- Plan, execute, and manage IT-focused projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
- Collaborate with IT teams to assess technical requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Translate technical challenges into actionable plans for stakeholders.
- Understand software development lifecycle (SDLC), infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Facilitate clear communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Lead project meetings, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and external contractors.
- Ensure resources are effectively allocated and project priorities are well-communicated.
- Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Implement industry best practices to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk logs, and post-project reviews.
- Generate and present project metrics to leadership to inform decision-making.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.
- Track project expenditures, forecast costs, and provide regular budget reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and address budget variances to keep projects on financial track.
- Driving continuous improvement in the above areas
Qualification, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Degree in an IT discipline or a closely related relevant discipline or strong relevant IT experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management roles within IT.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello).
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development processes, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks or methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in ITIL, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern IT frameworks is a plus.
- A confident, open communicator and be capable of working independently and remotely from your immediate management team.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to take an independent lead and be self-driven.
- Able to demonstrate a diligent, methodical approach.
- Good numeric skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite.
- Good verbal and written communication skills

Language
Proficient in both written & spoken English. Ability in additional languages is desirable as your role will interact with AT&T associates in many countries.
Support every ware except USA.
Add Bangalore and Hyderabad locations as well.
Factilitate the projects – Good knowledge in general like security/storage/ networking / involve with top heads with Facilitate b/w non technical to technical team.
Good management of soft skills.
