Job Description:
The Specialist Cybersecurity position will be a key part of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategy. This role supports the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within the Chief Security Office (CSO). This career step requires senior level experience. Responsible for cyber security areas across products, services, infrastructure, networks, and/or applications while providing protection for AT&T, our customers and our vendors/partners. Works with senior team members on various projects relating to the protection of devices, customers, assets, data, information technology, and networks. Supports innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical program management related tasks associated with the cyber security programs.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and execute privileged access review campaigns, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor, refine, and enforce SOX controls related to privileged access management.
- Interface with application clients to implement, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues related to Identity and Access Governance (IGA) solutions.
- Partner directly with application teams to understand their needs and guide the adoption of appropriate privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
- Identify gaps in existing IGA, PAM solutions, gather requirements, and collaborate with product architecture and client teams to advocate for necessary enhancements.
- Interface with application clients to implement, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues related to IGA and PAM solutions.
- Partner with Engineering Tier 2 / Tier 3 support as needed to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless operation of IGA and PAM solutions.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure compliance with agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drive innovation in PAM practices by supporting strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, and other technical program management tasks related to cybersecurity programs.
- Partner and collaborate with international and diverse teams to ensure seamless day-to-day business operations, effective handovers, and foster a unified team culture.
- Demonstrate experience and compliance with Agile processes and methodologies in operational tasks, adhering to AT&T's Agile standards.
- Prepare and publish leadership metrics covering KPIs and KRIs to measure operational efficiency and follow established escalation procedures for timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Requires at least 7 years’ experience related to authentication services and identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Product experience with SailPoint.
- Product experience with CyberArk and Delinea
- Experience leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives
- Requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Azure DevOps a plus
Education: Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security.
Experience: Typically requires 7-10 years’ experience.
