Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

As a Lead CS Vendor Mgmt, you will be responsible for:

  • Relationship Management: Manage and build positive relationships with key/strategic suppliers using relationship management techniques to deliver mutual value.
  • Performance and Compliance: Establish and enforce systems and procedures to monitor supplier performance, ensure compliance with organizational standards and quality commitments, and achieve mutually agreed goals and targets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the supplier side to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Issue Resolution: Report on and collaborate in resolving any performance issues with suppliers.
  • Relationship Management Plans: Develop and implement relationship management plans and monitoring measures for suppliers.

Requirements for this opportunity:

  • Education: Preferred bachelor’s degree in information systems/computer science.
  • Experience: Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.
  • Must be bilingual; fluent in English comprehension, speaking and writing.
