Duration
- The 10-week internship and 2-year full-time program offer participants the opportunity to unravel the complexities of the industry, build a solid foundational knowledge, and evolve into future industry leaders.
- Start Dates: Interns begin in early June, while full-time employees start in mid-July.
- Network Engineer will be a 3 year program.

Education
- Full Time: Possess a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree in a STEM* field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) before the start date. Internships begin in early June, and full-time positions start in mid-July. Candidates must have completed their four-year undergraduate or graduate STEM degree by these times.
- Intern: Rising senior pursuing a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree in STEM* field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math).
- *Inclusive of degrees meeting federal STEM classification codes
