Job Description:

AT&T has an opening for a Senior Program/Project Management (non-supervisory) to support the customer at Oakton VA and periodically visit on-site (premise) in support of critical telephony requirements for VOIP services, MACD coordination, resolve billing issues, and customer service request management via customer premises ticketing system.

The job duties of the Senior Program/Project Management are as follows:                                                                                                        

  • This is a Project Management position serving as an individual contributor and as a member of the Commercial Voice Operations team at Oakton, VA with ad-hoc support at customer site when required. This is an individual contributor position (non-supervisory) that will engage with matrixed resources from across the organization in support of program objectives.

Primary job duties are as follows: 

  • Closely collaborate with customer and program stakeholders to process and complete service order requests within customer defined SLAs. Manage and operate within defined workflows processes to complete to service requests for telephone number MACDs (Move, Add, Change and Disconnects) as well as the procurement of new telephony services. Create, delete, and research required phone numbers as directed by the customer utilizing required interactive tools (customer databases, ticketing systems, and other electronic mechanisms).
  • Serve as a liaison between the on-site Commercial Voice Ops Team and various Providers (including internally with AT&T) to address service order and billing issues. Serve as a backup point of contact for the customer and program staff to resolve service requests problems in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for customer’s telephone number inventory management, billing, and when required account escalation with necessary Providers on behalf of the program team on site.
  • Work with the on-site Commercial Voice Ops Team to review, update and maintain the telephone numbers records with customer database to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure that adequate team resources are assigned to meet the customer delivery date and maintain a high level of quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the capture and delivery of monthly performance metrics. Create reports from the databases and report accomplishments monthly or as needed in support of contract deliverables.
  • Provide updates on milestones, alert program leadership of delays, and work on solutions to mitigate any scheduled delays or conflicts.

Required Qualifications:

This position requires an individual who is customer oriented and mission focused. Applicants should have experience managing and implementing requirement processes, experience interfacing with multiple vendors to process critical customer requisitions, excellent computer and office management skills, communication and customer interface skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, strong analytical skills, and a teamwork-oriented approach to responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications

Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), associate or bachelor’s degree.

Our Senior Program/Project Manager's earn between $79,000 - $184,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
